You are prohibited from selling, transferring or acquiring Player Accounts to or from other Players.

All money that you deposit into your Account is not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source.

3. Multi Accounts

You are allowed to have only one betinha Account. If you attempt to open more than one betinha Account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any crypto amount credited to your account/s will be frozen.

If you notice that you have more than one registered betinha Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your betinha Account being blocked.

The Service is intended solely for the User's personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment. Users may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of collusion and/or abuse of service.

You can sign up (register) and use only one Account on the Website.

Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer or device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device we must be informed by the respective Accounts' holders in advance.

If you sign up or attempt to register more than one Account, for whatever reason, we may block or close any or all of your Accounts at our discretion. We may also void all the bets that have been placed in the duplicate Accounts, block bonuses and gifts and void withdrawal requests. 4. Deposits

You may participate in any Game only if you have sufficient funds on your betinha Account for such participation. For that purpose you shall use the payment methods available on pigmo.com to deposit your funds. betinha will not give you any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.

Deposits are immediately processed and the updated balance is shown in the betinha Account instantly whenever a payment service provider is used. betinha does not take responsibility for any delays caused due to its payment system or due to delays caused by any third party.

As a prevention of money laundering, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Please note that if wagering requirements are in place, the wagering requirement needs to be respected before a withdrawal is requested.

5. Withdrawals

Crypto withdrawals will be made to your stated cryptocurrency wallet address when making a valid withdrawal request.

The player needs to wager 15$USD only once. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all wagering requirements have been met.

You acknowledge that the funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and we do not provide return of goods, refunds or retrospective cancellation of your account.

6. Crashed & Aborted Games

betinha is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the gameplay. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of betinha.

In the event of a casino system malfunction, all wagers are void. In the event a Game is started but miscarried because of a failure of the system, betinha shall refund the amount wagered in the Game to you by crediting it to your Account.

7. Duties

betinha reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms.

10. Assignment

betinha reserves the right to assign this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

The User may not assign any of his/her rights or obligations under this Agreement.
